Beach chairs and a floating tube are provided. Down river along
the hiking path are several beaches... there's something for everyone on Rock River!

The cottage is very nicely decorated and completely equipped with your every need (and more!), including ample fine linens & the best dining/ kitchenware: kitchen/dining area, bath, one bedroom loft with queen-size bed, living room with fireplace, and couch with pullout queen-size bed.

Outside is a slate patio with lounge & dining furniture and gas and charcoal (smoker) grills. Rates includes oil heat, firewood, electricity,
trash & snow removal & unlimited in-state telephone service. We
also provide wireless internet, cable TV with HBO, VCR & DVD and radio/ CD/ tape player. Well behaved children and dogs are always welcome!

Rock River has excellent accessibility to Brattleboro to the south, ski areas to the west & north, and recreational activities abound, for hiking, biking & river/lake sports. You'll also discover a variety of year-round Arts events in the area, as well as many antique shops.

For skiers, you are only 30 minutes from Stratton Mountain and 20 minutes from Mount Snow. Our cottage is located just off Route 30 with easy accessibility year-round.....2 hours from Hartford and 3 hours from Boston. Call, write or email us for further information and reservations.
